EC01 attach problem

I am unable to attach the EC01F module with network ,
I am from India and I am using "Jio NB-IoT" sim card with proper NB-IoT antenna as well ,still I am unable to attach to network. It gives CME ERROR +308 .
Also every time when I check signal quality (AT+CSQ) the result gives 99,99. What are the ways to get attached to the network.

Please help me regarding this issue.

308 is the terminal error code. The main reasons for the error are as follows:
1、Internet of things card has no traffic;
2、The SIM card is not plugged in properly, so it is recommended to check the SIM card ID first;
3、The SIM card is bound and other devices cannot be used.

Same issue here in France.
Have you been able to find a workaround?!
My module blue LED does not blink or anything, meaning there is no connection and i get +CSQ:99,99 in Serial Tool.
