我是最后在vsc编译时候编译器告诉我缺文件有和我一样的兄弟吗

make (e=2): 系统找不到指定的文件。

为什么我在验证是否成功那一步运行 riscv64-unknown-elf-gcc -v
以后显示这个？

还有一个问题，最后编译输入make以后显示
